Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 26, 2026
At Snout Bite, we want our customers to understand their options if an order arrives with a problem or a purchased item needs to be returned. This policy sets out our general requirements for returns, refunds, damaged goods, exchanges, and order cancellations.
1. 30-Day Return Period
For products that qualify for return, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us and initiate a return.
To be accepted, merchandise should generally:
Remain unused and in its original condition;
Include the original packaging, labels, tags, and components, when applicable;
Be free from damage, excessive handling, modification, or misuse after delivery; and
Be accompanied by an order number or other valid proof of purchase.
We may decline merchandise that does not satisfy these conditions, subject to any rights provided by applicable law.
2. Getting a Return Started
Before mailing anything back, contact our customer service team at TirlokMdharun865@gmail.com.
Your request should contain your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the request. Photos should also be included when reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
After your request is reviewed, we will advise you of the appropriate next steps and provide return instructions when the item is eligible.
Packages should not be sent back without prior return instructions.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise
We recommend checking your order soon after delivery.
If you discover that a product was damaged in transit, has a defect, or is not the item you ordered, please notify us promptly at TirlokMdharun865@gmail.com.
Include clear photographs of the product and, when relevant, its packaging. Once we have evaluated the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this could include a replacement or refund.
4. Products With Return Restrictions
Certain types of merchandise may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return. Examples include:
Products made or personalized specifically for a customer;
Gift cards;
Items clearly designated as final sale before purchase;
Used, altered, damaged, or incomplete products;
Perishable goods, where applicable; and
Opened products that cannot safely or hygienically be resold.
If a specific product has additional return conditions, those conditions may be displayed on its product page or communicated before purchase.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not affected by these exclusions.
5. Return Shipping
For an ordinary return that is not caused by an error on our part, the customer is generally responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.
We encourage customers to use a shipping method that provides tracking and to retain proof of shipment until the return has been completed.
If we confirm that you received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise due to our error, return-related shipping arrangements will be addressed as part of the resolution.
6. Inspection and Refund Approval
Receiving a returned package does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved.
After the merchandise arrives at the designated return location, we will inspect its condition and verify that it satisfies the applicable return requirements.
We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or whether additional information is required.
7. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds will normally be credited to the original payment method used for the order.
Once we have processed a refund, banks, credit card issuers, and other payment providers may require additional time to post the credit. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for this process.
Original shipping charges are generally not refundable on voluntary returns unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. This limitation does not apply where an appropriate refund of shipping charges is required because of an error attributable to us.
8. Exchange Requests
If you would like a different eligible product or variation, contact us to ask whether an exchange can be arranged.
Replacement merchandise is subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable or a direct exchange cannot be processed, you may be asked to return the original eligible product and submit a separate order.
9. Order Cancellations
Changed your mind shortly after ordering? Contact us as quickly as possible.
We will try to process cancellation requests received before fulfillment begins, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
If an order can no longer be cancelled, you may request a return after receiving it, provided the merchandise meets the eligibility requirements of this policy.
10. Incorrect Addresses and Returned Deliveries
Please review your delivery information carefully before completing checkout.
Customers may be responsible for additional shipping expenses when an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.
Packages returned because of refusal, unsuccessful delivery attributable to the recipient, or inaccurate customer-provided shipping information will be reviewed after they are received back. Refund or reshipment options will depend on the circumstances.
11. Rights Under Applicable Law
The provisions above describe Snout Bite's standard return and refund procedures. They are not intended to exclude or reduce any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
If federal, state, or local law provides additional protections that apply to your purchase, those protections will remain available to you.
